Membership and service provider registration on the Platform is by application only. We reserve the absolute right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for any decision.

To be eligible to apply, you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction, and provide accurate, complete, and truthful information throughout the application process.

Any misrepresentation, omission, or falsification of information during the application process will result in immediate rejection or termination of membership or provider status, without refund of any fees paid.

Upon successful verification and payment of the one-time lifetime membership fee of $110,000 USD, you will be granted a permanent, non-transferable membership to the Platform. Your membership is personal to you and may not be assigned, sold, gifted, or otherwise transferred to any third party.

Your membership grants you access to the Platform's features as described at the time of your application, including but not limited to: the member directory, service provider network, internal wallet, community features, and concierge services. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove platform features with reasonable notice to members.

Membership may be suspended or terminated by us at any time if you are found to be in breach of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or acting in a manner that is harmful to other members or service providers. In such cases, no refund of the membership fee will be issued.

Service providers — whether individual employees or companies — are admitted to the Platform following successful verification and payment of the applicable registration fee. Fees are determined by provider type and category as published on the Service Providers page and are non-refundable once payment has been confirmed.

Service providers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration is accurate, current, and complete. Any change in business status, ownership, licensing, or professional credentials must be reported to us promptly.

We do not guarantee any volume of enquiries, introductions, or business generated through the Platform. The Platform is a connection and discovery service only; we are not party to any agreement, transaction, or arrangement made between members and service providers.
